This notice explains how the fair website handles your participant account and profile information.
Account and profile information
Visitor, exhibitor and B2B accounts are authenticated by the expo backend. The website sends your email and password to that service to verify your identity. This website does not maintain a local password database. After login, your returned profile information is used to display your account and participation details.
Use of information
Your details are used to maintain your account, coordinate participation, and contact you about the fair. Registration and changes to backend account details are managed by the expo team. Having an account does not confirm admission, exhibition space, or a meeting booking.
Session cookies and external links
The website uses NextAuth and an essential encrypted HttpOnly session cookie. The session expires when the backend login token expires or the configured website session limit is reached. Logging out clears the website session in your browser. Passwords and backend bearer tokens are not saved in browser local storage or included in the browser session. External links have their own privacy policies, and the hosting provider receives ordinary connection information.
